The portfolio is the place where you can show and communicate all your training offer (past, present, and future). The shop is the place where you sell it. Depending on your plan, you can have a certain number of courses in your shop. However, in all plans, you can communicate an unlimited number of courses.

By admin is meant the person who manages the Gigantone system in your organization. Typically, this consists of employees or those who are responsible for managing the training programs. Different plans allow for a different number of admins. Having more than one admin is important if you want more than one person to have these powers and you can also define distinct levels of management for these people.

The storage space indicated (5GB and 10GB) is an estimate of what is required for each plan. If you believe it may be insufficient for your needs, please contact us.

Typically, we can deliver your system within 2-7 days, a clearly much shorter period than if you would make your website from scratch.

An LMS (learning management system) is software that allows you to consume asynchronous online training and typically allows you to configure your entire training process. Gigantone is built on a dedicated, modern LMS with an intuitive look and feel.

Yes. If you need, for example, two admins but want to stay with the Basic plan, it is possible. Each new administrator costs 9€ +VAT.

Zero. Gigantone ensures that your website technology is always up to date and functional. You will also have access to frequent updates so that you do not become stagnant in the service you provide to your employees, customers, and trainees.
